Delivery Details

Deliveries can be made anywhere in the UK, except the Isle of Man

Important delivery information:

Deliveries will not be made on Sundays, English Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

For Bouquets

We are able to deliver to some offices and hospitals. The flowers will be delivered to the reception area or mailing room of the delivery addresses given. Please provide detailed information in the special instructions box on departments / wards / bed numbers to help your flowers get to the correct recipient.

To see if we are able to deliver to a particular address, select the bouquet you want to buy, proceed to checkout and click on 'deliver to a different address'. You will be asked to key in a postcode into the box provided. Click on 'continue', and if an address comes up on the screen, we will be able to deliver to that address.

• Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce courier service.
• You can specify a delivery date in Checkout.
• We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. You can order your flowers for delivery up to 3 weeks in advance of the delivery date.
• As we only despatch our bouquets between Monday and Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on Mondays. Orders placed for delivery on Mondays may be delivered up to two days in advance
• If you do not choose a delivery date, your order will be dispatched with the next available delivery.
• Most orders will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, however, some postcodes require 48 hours (please refer Remote Locations)

For Postal Flowers

We are able to deliver to any UK postal address. Please ensure that you enter the full address, including the postal code of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for flowers which are not delivered due to an incorrect address.

Flowers sent to hospitals, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to the reception or mailing room for internal distribution. Please provide detailed information in the special instructions box on departments / wards / bed numbers to help your flowers get to the correct recipient.

Flowers are sent by first class post and 94% of dispatches are delivered on the next working day. We cannot guarantee an exact time or date of delivery for first class post.

• Our postal bouquets are sent by First Class Parcel Post
• If you nominate a delivery date, your order will be dispatched the day before. However, whilst most orders will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, we are not able to guarantee the date of delivery.
• If you do not specify a delivery date and you place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day. If you place your order after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the next working day

How do I know you have received my order?

We will initially confirm that we have received your order by sending you an e-mail.

For Bouquets, once your order has been dispatched, you can view your consignment number by clicking 'Your Orders' on the Tesco.Com Flowers homepage. This number can be used on the Parcelforce website to check the progress of your order (you must remove the first 2 letters of your consignment number when entering it into the Parcelforce website).

If you specify a delivery date

We will despatch your order with the aim of meeting your specified delivery date. However, there may be exceptions to this in which your delivery will arrive earlier than your specified delivery date. We regret that we are unable to accept any liability on these occasions.
