No matter how many items you choose, whether large or small you only pay one delivery charge per order. Delivery Prices are shown at the new VAT reduction rate. The reduction is added to your basket.

Click & Collect for FREE from Selected Stores
When you place an order by 12 noon (Sunday to Friday), we will do our utmost to have it ready for collection in store from 4pm the following day. Saturday orders should be ready from 4pm on Monday.
If you choose to collect your items from a Tesco Direct Desk you will be asked to present a form of identification when collecting your goods.
If you paid for your order using a credit card, please make sure that you bring this credit card with you.
If you paid for your order by any other means at a Direct desk, then please bring the printed order confirmation sheet as ID. If you have lost the order confirmation sheet, then please bring one of the following forms of ID with you to collect your goods:
- Passport
- UK Photo Driving Licence
- Portman Card
- Citizen Card
- Euro 26 Card
- Connexions Card
- Validate UK Card

Large items £5.00
We try our utmost to get large items such as furniture, beds, large TVs and large fitness equipment to you within 5-10 days.
Large Kitchen Appliances £19*
Large kitchen appliances such as washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, American style fridge-freezers, cookers, hobs and dishwashers are usually delivered within 2-3 days*
*If for any reason any items cannot be delivered within the timescales stated above we will try to contact you and confirm a new date as soon as we can.
*For items that are delivered directly by our suppliers, we will not be able to confirm delivery dates when you order. You will be contacted shortly after to make the necessary delivery arrangements.
* Some postcodes, eg. delivery to the Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Highlands and Northern Ireland can take slightly longer but we will let you know shortly after ordering. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.
Disposal & Installation services - for large domestic appliances
Installation , disconnection and scrap removal services are available on selected product ranges. If you want any of these 3 services, you must order them at the same time as ordering the appliance itself.
For the items listed below, there's no need to worry about arranging installation as our qualified engineers can do this for you if you include this in your order. Please note, however, that we are not able to remove or install built-in appliances and other conditions apply (see below). We can also dispose of your old appliances in an environmentally friendly way if you include this in your order. All our charges are listed below.
Disconnecting an old appliance and connecting a new one
If you choose the full installation & disconnection service for electric and gas cookers, we'll take care of everything for you.

*Unfortunately, we cannot install or remove built-in appliances. We can only install into pre-prepared locations and within one metre of existing utility positions. We are not able to carry out any remedial plumbing or electrical work.
Some postcodes such as more remote locations and offshore islands take slightly longer, but we will let you know shortly after ordering. Choosing an installation service may also mean that your delivery takes slightly longer as we will arrange an engineer for you. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to BFPO addresses. Delivery to Scilly Isles, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands
In order to meet the extra costs of delivering products to these areas, orders are subject to a delivery surcharge in addition to the standard delivery charge.
You will only pay one delivery surcharge for your order, even if you have more than one item.

Free delivery offers If an item in your order has free delivery, we will deduct the standard delivery charge, but the delivery surcharge will still apply.
Returns policy We reserve the right not to refund the delivery charge or the delivery surcharge if after 7 working days you choose to return an item. Please call our Customer Service Centre on 0845 600 44 11 to arrange a return for your products.

Motor Scooter ordering process:
Scooter will be available for delivery or collection from a local dealer within 14 working days from order date. You will be contacted by our supplier within 2 working days once the order has been placed to confirm all order details and agree when the scooter will be available. Please note our supplier will not dispatch or make the vehicle available until a valid CBT certificate (or equivalent) and insurance documents have been provided.
