Sky+ Box: You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+. To view free-to-air HD content you need an HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you also need the HD Pack. Price of additional box may depend on type of first box selected. Sky+HD: New Sky+HD customers are required to pay a minimum of £29.75 up front in-store towards their chosen Sky subscription. £10.25 per month for the HD Pack. HD channels received depend on your Sky TV package. Free Sky+HD box when you take Sky TV with the HD Pack. Existing customers and non-standard set-ups must also pay for set-up. £49 Sky+HD box for new customers joining Sky TV (without the HD Pack) and paying for set-up. £99 Sky+HD box for existing customers agreeing to another 12 month minimum term for Sky TV without the HD Pack (£49 if taking a new Sky Multiroom subscription). Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box unless taking the HD Pack. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free box per household. Sky+HD box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). Sky+ functionality requires a Sky+ subscription (free for Sky TV customers, or £10 per month) and two satellite feeds. A Sky+HD box can store an average of 60 hours of HD or 185 hours of standard definition programmes. HD ready TV required. Sky+HD 1TB: £249 Sky+HD 1TB box for Sky TV customers taking the HD Pack. Standard set-up for Sky+HD 1TB box is £30 for new customers and £60 for existing Sky TV customers (£30 with a new Sky Multiroom subscription £10.25 extra per month.) Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Minimum HD Pack subscription 12 months. Dolby® Digital 5.1: Available on many programmes. Compatible home cinema system required. Sky Multiroom: Provides the same Sky TV channels as your main Sky TV subscription on a box in another room. You must subscribe to Sky TV throughout and an extra box is required for each Sky Multiroom subscription. Each box you have must be connected to the same fixed telephone line at all times. To receive your HD subscription channels in another room, you'll need another Sky+HD box and HD Pack subscription. Sky Broadband: You must subscribe to your chosen broadband product for 12 months. Connect at £17 per month is available to customers outside our network area. Monthly usage caps: Everyday Lite – 2GB; Connect – 40GB & subject to Network Management Policy. Maximum upload speed: Everyday Lite and Unlimited – 1.3Mb; Connect – 448Kb. Speed you get depends on factors including distance from the exchange and line quality. See sky.com for more details and our Usage Policies. If your PC/laptop is not wireless enabled, you can buy the necessary equipment from Sky. McAfee® Security Free Trial: Everyday Lite – 3 months, Connect – 3 months, Unlimited – 12 months, then £3 per month unless you let us know you no longer wish to subscribe. Sky Talk: 12 month minimum term applies to new Sky Talk customers and to existing customers taking up Sky Talk Line Rental. Sky Talk is only available to customers paying by Direct Debit/continuous credit card mandate. Calls only packages not available to BT line rental customers with BT Basics or if outgoing calls are barred. Sky/compatible BT line required. Connection charge from £39 may apply for customers without an active BT compatible line. General: Your Sky box(es) must be connected to a fixed telephone line for 12 months. Sky+HD box prices may vary if you live in a flat. You must get any consents required (e.g. landlord's). Minimum Sky TV/Sky+/HD Pack/Multiroom subscriptions 12 months. You must be 18 years or over.
